hell or glory
Before heading off to Church, the three of us decided to indulge in some good ol’ burgers. The trip down from the parking to the corner where this little baby is located pushed us further into not only getting a burger each but also a craving for some Boost Juice. Sadly, we didn’t get the Boost Juice, but we did, however, get the burger.
listen to my heart, can you hear it sing?

Since the last time I posted here, the 3 most loved ones have left for Tas and I’m the only loner stuck here til’ another 6 hours at least. The next day after the Valley, we woke up on time but the telecommunications broke down and thus,we were about 1 hour behind delivering our food to the LC people. Nevertheless, they had an awesome lunch that compromised of a large pot of rice, butter chicken, mushroom with eggs, and bakchoy. In the midst of rushing to cook and delivering the food, I had no time to take pictures of our catering service. But I did take pictures after.
summer came like cinnamon, so sweet.
With awesome friends like Janesa and Tymon, God has truly blessed me. ‘Mao’s Last Dancer’ and ‘Philadelphia’ and ‘Ponyo’ (we only completed ‘Mao’s Last Dancer cause’ ‘Phili’ was too taxing on our tired brains and we thought ‘Ponyo’ would less taxing but there was so much dialogue) were movies we watched tonight after our awesome trip to the Great Valley (sounds like the Land Before Time eh?). Now everyone’s dead tired and we’re going for Day 3 tmr! (: Can’t wait. Summer break’s been awesome so far <3
Top 10 best value destinations for 2011
Fresh from Lonely Planet’s Best in Travel 2011, we bring you this bargainous bounty of budget-friendly destinations will have you on the road for longer – for less:
6. Philippines
The Philippines may be just about to rudely shove Thailand off the ‘best cheap beaches’ perch it’s occupied for the best part of two decades. While travellers argue long and hard about which is cheaper, there’s no denying Thailand is more popular. For those who desire nothing more than to find great, undiscovered beaches, surf the odd wave and eat unique, distinctive food for under US$20 a day, the Philippines has the edge. Add in the possibility of beach camping along the Zambales Coast or in the Bacuit Archipelago and you’ve got the recipe for timeless island hopping that suits any budget. Ferries link many idyllic destinations in the Philippines. Expect to pay around US$5 for each hour you’re on the water.
I picked the Philippines cause’ EB and I have this awesome plan in January and can’t wait to visit Anton whom I missed this last break. The beaches, the food, the company. Can’t wait to start planning for the trip. Hopefully it’ll work out (:
On a side note, can’t wait for 29th Nov. Boy’s coming down along with the other 2 (: Then it’s off to getting very tanned and very adventurous <3 Oh and to add on, Buddy says he’ll try and get his bike license so can spend even more time with me! (: yay! 15th Dec can’t wait. OMG 15th Dec is so soon! now ‘m nervous. alright. bye bye. Day 2 of the week’s plan is going to start soon.
Night 1
Right. So we had this awesome plan to make full use of cheap-tuesdays today/yesterday (considering it’s 3am) and the only thing we did on the planned list was watch a movie. And Jan wasn’t there ): “not a Harry Potter fan”, she says. pffft. still can watch right, woman. Tomorrow it’s suppose to be road-trip day (road-trip cause it takes about 45mins to get there) but someone has to move about and so I see how much of the awesome plan is going well so far. I guess plans are hard to keep to sometimes. So I think, I was a bit too ambitious to squeeze many activities in these next few days. Maybe I’ll just chillax and not worry and pack and slack and eat and chillax somemore. Strongbow is good stuff anyways.

IT’S FUCKING OVER BITCHES!
this is it.
Dear Lord,
With everything I got, I pray that I will get past this week and that I will come out of it and praise You for everything you’ve blessed me with. I pray for my schoolmates, my friends, that we will all be able to do everything, with the best of our abilities, with guidance, strength, motivation, perseverance and wisdom. Thank you for the many blessings you have given us this semester, and I pray that You will continue to watch over us and teach us Your ways.
In Jesus’ most precious name I pray,
Amen.
